How do I become an Araati seller?

To become an Araati seller, download the Araati Seller App, create your seller account, complete your business profile, upload the required verification documents, and submit your application for review.

Who can sell on Araati?

Anyone with genuine products can apply to sell on Araati. We welcome registered businesses as well as individual sellers who meet our verification requirements.

How are customer orders handled?

When a customer places an order:

  1. You receive an order notification.
  2. Review and approve the order.
  3. Prepare and package the item.
  4. Hand it over to the Araati delivery partner or follow the delivery instructions provided.
When do I receive my payment?

Payments are released after the order has been successfully delivered and confirmed according to Araati’s payment process. You can request a withdrawal through your Seller Dashboard.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password using your registered email address or phone number.

My account is under review. What should I do?
